Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, configure email filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail box accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mail messages based on specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your email accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
